Quick Start Guides
Getting Started
- 1Log in to your dashboard.
- 2Click 'Start Shift' and enter your opening cash drawer amount.
- 3Start taking orders via the 'Quick Sell' grid or by opening new tabs.
- 4At the end of the night, click 'End Shift' and enter your closing cash count.
Setting Up Your Menu
- 1Go to 'Inventory' and ensure your drinks have descriptions and prices.
- 2Navigate to 'Settings' -> 'QR Menu'.
- 3Customize your venue name and upload a logo if desired.
- 4Print the QR code provided and place it on your tables for customers to scan.
Managing Customer Tabs
- 1Click 'New Tab' and enter the customer's name (or a descriptor like 'Guy in Red Hat').
- 2Add items to the tab as they order.
- 3When they are ready to leave, click 'Pay' on the tab card.
- 4Select the payment method (Cash, Card, etc.), enter the tip, and complete the transaction.
